Breakfast was amazing

Location was close to where we visited family but could have been closer. They need more motels in Haven area.

Need more parking in rear area.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was comfy and adjacent to stores, twin grove and stores and coast. Loved central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Tbh, had a good stay on a road trip.

The check-in process was frustrating and confusing.

American owned and run. It watas a nice change of pace from the typical Indian (from India) run budget motels. Nothing against Indians, some are great, but too many are just in it for the buck.

The hotel was right of the highway, great proximity for traveling on I81

The room smelled musty and stale. When the ac was turned on with the hope it would help, it only made matters worse. A foul odor was emitted from the ac. The tv was a 19" analog big box. There was no coffee maker in the room and there were slim pickings at their breakfast. It is sad when the McDonald's next door is the better option. I was disappointed this was our final stay at the end of a wonderful 1 1/2 week road trip.

The location was great, and the King Room felt super clean. The bathroom had innovative light tech, cool!

I usually have problems sleeping in most motels, not this place, it was comfortable quiet and easy.

Its location is convenient not far from stores, twin grove and stores and coast. And it's by Swatara Creek.

Nothing everything was great.

The location provided convenient access to the highway. The King Room was comfortable, with soft pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. While basic amenities were offered, the overall cleanliness could use some improvement, which affected the overall experience.

Location very close to major expressway, parking in front of door 1st floor, no traffic noise, mattress, extra blanket, shower head adequate, hot water, TV, Internet connection, acceptably sized fridge (bought a bunch of ethnic meats available only in that area) & micro wave in room, bolted door & German type door latch (that needed to be sawed to defeat), large lot side window that allowed plenty of sunshine into room, heat in bathroom & Continental breakfast limited & barely adequate although coffee was excellent..

The in room baseboard didn't work. Room was very chilly during night (early cold weather set in). Uncomfortable while dressing & undressing.

Cozy and Convenient Stay

I stayed for a night with my family and the place was just what we needed. Rooms were super clean and comfy. The location was spot on with a few good food options nearby. Plus, there was a Dollar General close for any essentials. Only wish the WiFi was faster, but it did the job.
